Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Engagement:
- Actively engage with customers via telephone, social media platforms, and online forums.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
- Respond to customer inquiries, providing timely and accurate information.
- Sales Development:
- Identify and capitalize on sales opportunities through direct communication with customers.
- Present and promote products/services to potential customers via telephone and online channels.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to overall company revenue goals.
- Social Media Management:
- Manage and grow the company's social media presence across platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and Instagram.
- Create engaging content tailored to each platform to attract and retain followers.
- Monitor social media trends and engage with the online community to enhance brand loyalty.
- Forum Participation:
- Actively participate in relevant online forums and discussion groups to promote the company's products and services.
- Establish a presence as a knowledgeable and helpful representative of the company.
- Address concerns and provide solutions to forum members, driving engagement and interest.
- Collaboration and Partnerships:
- Identify and pursue opportunities for collaborations and partnerships with other businesses, influencers, and organizations.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key partners to enhance mutual growth and success.
- Negotiate partnership agreements and ensure mutual benefits for all parties involved.
- Coordinate with internal teams to integrate partnership activities into overall sales and marketing strategies.
- Reporting and Analysis:
- Track and report on customer interactions, sales activities, and social media performance.
- Provide feedback to the sales and marketing team to improve strategies and approaches.
- Analyze customer feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales, customer service, or a similar role.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and online community engagement.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.
- Proficiency in CRM software and other relevant tools.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.

Pay: £22,238.00-£30,000.00 per year
