About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HR Advisor to join our HR & Payroll team at Cambridge Education Group. As an HR Advisor, you will play a key role in providing professional, high-quality HR advice and support to our managers and team members.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide HR advice and guidance on employment practices, employee relations, and organizational change.
  • Manage employee relations issues, including performance management, absence management, disciplinary, and grievance matters.
  • Develop and deliver learning and development sessions on people management practices.
  • Assist with the pay review and bonus process.
  • Support the recruitment process.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant UK and international employment laws and regulations.
  • Manage team members' absences and support line managers with absence concerns.
  • Review exit survey results and suggest actions to improve employee satisfaction.
  • Support the delivery of HR projects and contribute to the development of policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • Experience providing professional HR advice and support on employee relations issues.
  • Experience advising managers and team members on HR matters.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to develop and maintain strong working relationships.
  • Identifying opportunities for improvement.
  • Excellent attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
  • Good numeracy skills and ability to understand data and information quickly.
  • Self-motivated, driven, and able to work on own initiative.
  • Effective problem-solving skills.
  • Commitment to success and delivery against agreed objectives and targets.
  • Exceptional time management and organizational skills.
