Role Overview

In this pivotal role, you will collaborate closely with Senior Leaders and their teams to champion excellence in all strategic people-related initiatives, ensuring alignment with the organization's objectives and HR aspirations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as a trusted HR Business Partner for both leadership and staff.
  • Contribute to the HR leadership team by shaping the strategic people agenda and ensuring effective implementation of organization-wide initiatives.
  • Identify and develop plans for current and future workforce needs, enhancing people capabilities within designated business areas.
  • Enhance employee engagement and experience through strategic initiatives focused on culture, communication, talent management, and performance.
  • Drive the people agenda in collaboration with leaders and the Centre of Excellence, ensuring timely delivery of key initiatives.
  • Influence Senior Leaders to foster a high-performance culture while maintaining exceptional customer service standards.
  • Oversee the performance management process to ensure effective ownership and implementation.
  • Analyze people trends and insights to drive improvements across key metrics within business areas.
  • Manage sensitive employee relations cases and provide guidance on complex issues as needed.
  • Engage with various HR specialists and stakeholders to deliver comprehensive solutions.
  • Lead leadership development initiatives within your designated areas.
  • Facilitate organizational design and change management processes.
  • Develop succession plans to ensure a robust pipeline of future leaders.
  • Advocate for consumer duty, prioritizing positive customer outcomes.

  • Demonstrated leadership and influencing skills with the ability to engage at senior levels.
  • Proactive, resilient, and results-oriented mindset.
  • Proven ability to cultivate and maintain effective relationships with senior stakeholders.
  • Strong commercial acumen and understanding of strategic success drivers.
  • Extensive experience in HR functions, particularly in strategic people disciplines, organizational design, and talent management.
  • Proficient in leading cultural development and organizational change.
  • Comprehensive knowledge across various HR disciplines.
  • Experience in leading teams within a matrix structure.
