We are seeking an experienced HR Advisor to provide support to our Cambridge-based organisation on an interim basis.

This generalist role will involve supporting areas such as Recruitment, Learning & Development, and Diversity, Equality and Inclusion, as well as providing guidance on general HR queries from staff.

To be considered, you will need to have:

  • HR experience at Advisor level - Ideally CIPD qualified
  • Knowledge of UK Employment Law
  • Experience of managing recruitment campaigns, interviewing, and using applicant tracking systems
  • Experience with Employee Relations Casework
  • Experience of managing projects related to process improvement
  • Proven experience of delivering employee engagement initiatives and supporting change management activities
  • Strong communication skills and a proactive approach

Key Responsibilities

Supporting the HR function on an interim basis, providing guidance on general HR queries and supporting areas such as Recruitment, Learning & Development, and Diversity, Equality and Inclusion.

Providing expertise on UK Employment Law and supporting the development of HR policies and procedures.

Managing recruitment campaigns, interviewing, and using applicant tracking systems.

Supporting Employee Relations Casework and managing projects related to process improvement.

Delivering employee engagement initiatives and supporting change management activities.

Requirements

HR experience at Advisor level - Ideally CIPD qualified

Knowledge of UK Employment Law

Experience of managing recruitment campaigns, interviewing, and using applicant tracking systems
