Business Operations Coordinator

There are 2 exciting vacancies that have arisen within Tower Hamlets Business Support hub as follows:
Key Responsibilities:
- Support Childrens Social Care Services in backfilling Maternity leave.
- Deliver excellent support services across many areas within the council.
- Be adaptable and flexible and fully ICT literate in supporting us to seek digital solutions in becoming a more efficient service.
- Play a pivotal role in the Business Support hub, working across a number of different teams when required.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in similar work settings and strong demonstrable skills within the Business Support/Administration field.
- Proficient in all ICT Microsoft packages and any other associated systems like Mosaic or Synergy.
- Excellent inter-personal skills and communication skills both orally and written.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet competing deadlines in delivering a high-quality service.
