About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical / Design Manager to join our team at Rise Technical Recruitment Limited. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading the technical design and development of our facade and cladding solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement technical design strategies for facade and cladding projects
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure design and technical requirements are met
  • Provide technical expertise and guidance to project teams
  • Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure compliance with design and technical specifications
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, and apply this knowledge to improve our products and services
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Technical / Design Manager in the facade and cladding industry
  • Strong technical knowledge of facade and cladding systems, materials, and technologies
  • Excellent communication and project management skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
