Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Technical Specialist to join our team at SecureCloud+. As a key member of our technical team, you will be responsible for designing, deploying, and managing cloud infrastructure, as well as providing advanced technical support to resolve escalated issues.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and deploy cloud infrastructure on AWS, Azure, and GCP
  • Automate workflows and ensure cost optimization
  • Maintain cloud security best practices
  • Design and implement enterprise-level IT infrastructure
  • Ensure high availability, scalability, and security
  • Install, configure, and manage networking hardware and software
  • Troubleshoot network issues and optimize performance
  • Monitor and respond to security incidents
  • Perform vulnerability assessments and implement cybersecurity best practices
  • Manage and optimize virtual environments
  • Provide advanced technical support to resolve escalated issues
  • Manage tickets and collaborate with other teams for complex troubleshooting

Requirements:

  • Familiarity with relevant technologies such as Cisco, Microsoft, VMware, Linux, or security tools (SIEM, IDS/IPS)
  • Certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, MCSA, MCSE, VMware Certified Professional, or similar are a plus
