Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate Early Rehabilitation: Assist patients in achieving their rehabilitation goals through a range of activities, including clerical and administrative tasks, general housekeeping, and stock control.
  • Communication and Teamwork: Develop strong relationships with patients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery.
  • Administrative Support: Maintain accurate records, databases, and other administrative tasks to support the department's operations.

Requirements:

  • Excellent Communication Skills: Ability to effectively communicate with patients, families, and healthcare professionals.
  • IT and Telephone Skills: Proficient in using IT systems and telephone equipment to support departmental operations.
  • Flexibility and Teamwork: Willingness to work flexibly and as part of a team to achieve departmental goals.
