We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care and Support Worker to join our team at Hill View Manor Extra Care. As a Care and Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our residents, promoting their independence and well-being.
Key Responsibilities- Provide personal care and support to residents, including assistance with daily living tasks and activities.
- Support residents to take part in a wide range of activities, promoting their independence and engagement.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure a high-quality service is delivered.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of care plans, ensuring they are tailored to individual resident needs.
- Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge.

- Full support to achieve Level 2 in Health and Social Care, including training and learning opportunities.
