Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver personalized care and support to patients with terminal illnesses, focusing on their physical, emotional, and social needs.
  • Work collaboratively with healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans.
  • Provide emotional support and companionship to patients and their families, promoting dignity and respect.
  • Contribute to the development and maintenance of patient records, ensuring accurate and timely documentation.
