Job Title: Healthcare Support Worker

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Healthcare Support Worker to join our team at Elmbrook Court. As a key member of our care team, you will provide exceptional care and support to our residents, promoting their physical, psychological, and social well-being.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide personal care and support to residents, including washing, dressing, and assisting with meals.
  • Assist with daily activities, such as mobility and transfers, and provide companionship to residents.
  • Work closely with the care team to ensure the delivery of high-quality care and support.
  • Participate in training and up-skilling sessions to enhance your skills and knowledge.
Requirements:
  • A can-do attitude and a passion for delivering exceptional care and support.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work as part of a team and build strong relationships with residents, families, and colleagues.
  • Experience working in a healthcare setting, although full training will be provided.

  • A competitive hourly rate of £12.
