As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in supporting our Postmasters in delivering exceptional customer service and driving commercial activity. You will be responsible for approximately 100 franchise and independently owned Post Offices, requiring a full driving license for frequent site visits. You will have the opportunity to build strong relationships with Postmasters, Regional Operations teams, and commercial partners, inspiring and motivating them to achieve excellence.

To excel in this role, you will need:
- Proven relationship-building skills within a retail environment
- Experience in operational management within retail, ideally multi-site
- Commercial acumen and a passion for delivering excellent customer service
- A full driving license
- Experience working with a franchised business model is desirable
