As an Area Manager at Post Office, you will play a key role in supporting our Postmasters in driving commercial activity and delivering exceptional customer service. You will be responsible for a portfolio of approximately 100 franchise and independently owned Post Offices, requiring a full driving license to travel to sites. You will build strong relationships with Postmasters, Regional Operations teams, and commercial partners, inspiring and motivating them to achieve excellence.

What You'll Need to SucceedTo excel in this role, you will need a proven track record of strong relationship building skills within a retail environment.
