About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team in West Bromwich. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with learning disabilities and health conditions in a 1-1 service and participating in a range of activities that promote their health and wellbeing.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support individuals in a 1-1 service and participate in activities that promote their health and wellbeing
  • Assist with daily living tasks and provide personal care as needed
  • Transport individuals to appointments and activities using a manual 9-seater company vehicle
  • Participate in a wide range of activities, including cycling, disco, hydro pool, and outdoor pursuits
Requirements
  • A full manual UK license is required
  • Knowledge or qualification in British Sign Language (BSL) is desirable
  • Ability to work flexible shift patterns, including weekends
