Support Worker Opportunity

We're seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team at Voyage Care in West Bromwich. As a Support Worker, you'll play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life for individuals with complex needs, promoting their independence, and empowering them to reach their full potential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist individuals with personal care, daily living tasks, and social activities
  • Develop and implement personalized support plans to promote independence and confidence
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues and external agencies to ensure seamless care delivery
  • Provide emotional support and guidance to individuals, promoting their well-being and dignity

Requirements:

  • Full UK driving license
  • Resilience, flexibility, and a composed approach
  • Experience with Positive Behaviour Support plans (desirable)
