As a Lead Care Assistant, you will play a crucial role in improving the lives of those we support. We are currently seeking a dedicated Female Lead Care Assistant to join our team at our residential service. This environment is warm and inviting, with a supportive team dedicated to enhancing the lives of our residents.

In this role, you will assist individuals in gaining greater independence in their daily routines while supporting the management team with operational tasks. Responsibilities may include:
- Shift allocation and scheduling
- Organizing training sessions
- Inducting new staff members
- Supervising team members
- Managing medication and financial support for residents

This position is ideal for someone passionate about making a positive impact, whether by fostering the growth of colleagues or empowering residents to achieve their personal goals.

We value both experience and the right attitude in our Lead Care Assistants. Therefore, candidates should possess:
- A full UK driving license
- Previous experience in a similar role
- A Level 3 qualification in Health & Social Care
- Experience working with individuals with autism, learning disabilities, and complex needs
