Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and motivate Branch Managers to achieve sales targets
- Review performance and trading conditions to inform sales strategies
- Work closely with the Regional Sales Manager - South to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction
- Develop and implement sales plans to meet business objectives
- Coach and develop Branch Managers to improve sales performance
Requirements:
- Extensive travel sales experience, preferably in a retail travel environment
- Strong leadership and people management skills, with experience in a remote capacity
- Proven coaching and development skills
- Customer-focused and target-driven, with a ability to achieve results through others
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
