Risk Management Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our team as an Engagement Manager, Business Services. In this role, you will work closely with our customers and account managers to maximize the value delivered by our email-based risk assessment solution.
Your results will have a direct impact on our customers' bottom line, reducing customer friction, fraud losses, and increasing customer profitability.
We are looking for individuals with a proactive and analytical approach to problem-solving, a good consulting mindset, and a passion for delivering value to our customers.
Responsibilities- Support business reviews for key accounts through the creation and presentation of analytical insights.
- Conduct proactive monitoring and analysis to ensure key customers' solution performance is maintained and improved.
- Perform targeted rule adjustments to help our customers address emerging risks.
- Conduct routine fraud review verification and ensure corrections/clarifications are made in a timely manner.
- Improve fraud detection performance by optimizing the false positive/fraud capture rate.
- Demonstrate proficiency with languages such as SQL, Python, and various data types and formats.
- Demonstrate proficiency with data analysis tools and processes.
- Demonstrate good research skills and interest in fraud analysis for real-life scenarios.
- Demonstrate good oral and written communications skills in English.
