Job Opportunity: Chief Operating Officer - Hospitality Leader

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Chief Operating Officer to join our expanding hospitality venue and bar business based in London. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving business growth, improving operational efficiency, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement business strategies to drive revenue growth and improve profitability
  • Lead a team of hospitality professionals to deliver exceptional customer experiences
  • Manage day-to-day operations, including food and beverage, events, and marketing
  • Collaborate with the Managing Director to set business objectives and develop strategies to achieve them
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to inform business decisions

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Chief Operating Officer or Operations Director in the hospitality industry
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on delivering results and driving business growth
  • Knowledge of the hospitality industry, including trends, challenges, and opportunities
