JGA are partnered with a fast growing business seeking an HR Business Partner with experience liaising with Technology stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Workforce Planning: Lead on workforce planning for the technology function, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Transformation Expertise: Act as a subject matter expert in transformation, providing guidance and support to stakeholders.
  • Change Management: Partner with business leaders to develop and implement effective change management strategies.
  • Technology SLT: Serve as a key member of the technology senior leadership team, contributing to strategic decision-making.
  • HR Partnerships: Collaborate with broader HR teams to ensure seamless integration of HR services.
  • Engagement Surveys: Adopt and implement engagement surveys to measure employee sentiment and drive improvement initiatives.
Required Skills:
  • Technology Liaison: Proven experience liaising and working with technology stakeholders, understanding their needs and priorities.
  • Multi-National Experience: Experience supporting multi-national functions, with a strong understanding of global business operations.
  • Change Management: Understanding of organisational change management principles and practices.
  • Communication: Strong communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas and strategies.
  • CIPD Qualification: CIPD qualification desirable, but not essential.
