Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and flexible Retail Shift Leader to join our team at C2 Recruitment Ltd. As a Retail Shift Leader, you will be responsible for managing teams of stock counters and delivering the end-to-end stock taking service on client sites.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage teams of stock counters to deliver the end-to-end stock taking service
- Work effectively without immediate supervision
- Travel to different client sites each day
- Manage time effectively
- Hold a Full Driving License
Working Hours:
- Days: Monday - Sunday (5 in 7 day working shift pattern)
- Hours of Work: Evening/Night shifts

This role requires a high level of flexibility and adaptability, as you will be working unsociable hours, including early mornings and night shifts. We are unable to hire anyone under the age of 18 years due to the nature of the role.
