Job Title: Accounts Assistant Helpdesk

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Accounts Assistant to join our Helpdesk team in the Finance Division. The successful candidate will provide support to the Accounts Receivable, Payable and Cash Management teams in various areas, including eInvoicing, reconciliation of supplier accounts, and preparation of international payments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide support to the Accounts Receivable, Payable and Cash Management teams
  • eInvoicing and reconciliation of supplier accounts
  • Liaising with departments regarding allocation of payments to the University
  • Preparation, verification, and reconciliation of International Payment
  • Any other administrative assistance required in these areas

Requirements:

  • Strong abilities within processing accounting transactions
  • Experience working independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and telephone manner
  • Intermediate knowledge of excel and working knowledge of Oracle Financials
  • Experience of dealing with complex reconciliations
  • Strengths of time management and attention to detail
