At HCA Cancer Network, we are seeking a highly skilled Mental Health Liaison Nurse Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will play a critical role in supporting patients with mental health needs throughout their care pathway.

The successful candidate will have relevant post-registration experience at Band 6 in a mental health specialty area and experience in developing policies and clinical pathways. You will be responsible for leading the planning and management of patients' mental health conditions, including pre-admission planning and managing sudden acute mental health episodes.

You will work closely with our Safeguarding Lead, multidisciplinary teams, and external partners to ensure seamless care coordination. Your expertise will be invaluable in upskilling our teams to manage acute mental health situations and providing advice on management out of hours.
