About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Civil-Structural Engineer to join our team at AtkinsRéalis. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality civil-structural engineering solutions for a wide range of projects, including nuclear power plants, renewable energy facilities, and other complex infrastructure projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the design and development of civil-structural engineering solutions for projects, including structural analysis, design, and optimization.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including architects, engineers, and project managers, to ensure seamless project delivery.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and colleagues to ensure effective communication and project success.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, technologies, and best practices to continuously improve engineering solutions and processes.
  • Contribute to the development of engineering standards, guidelines, and procedures to ensure consistency and quality across projects.

Requirements

  • Chartered Engineer (CEng) or equivalent qualification in civil-structural engineering.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in civil-structural engineering, with a strong background in design, analysis, and project management.
  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality engineering solutions and projects on time, within budget, and to client satisfaction.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and teamwork skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.
