About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team at SCR. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to young people from traumatic backgrounds.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work collaboratively with a team of Support Workers to deliver exceptional care and support
  • Support service users in maximizing their choices, rights, and decisions
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with service users, families, and colleagues
  • Contribute to a safe and supportive living environment
Requirements
  • Experience working in a care environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Empathy and understanding of the needs of vulnerable individuals
  • Dedication and commitment to providing high-quality care
  • Level 3 in Residential Childcare/Children & Young People (desirable but not essential)
  • UK Driving Licence
