We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team on a weekend-only basis. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our young people, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Meet the needs of our young people in line with OFSTED regulations
  • Organise and facilitate social activities, such as days out, community work, and holidays
  • Contribute to the day-to-day running of the home, including laundry, housekeeping, shopping, meal preparation, and baking
  • Attend and participate in team meetings, sharing ideas and best practice
  • Work closely with our clinical team and local authorities

Requirements:

  • Life skills and experience working with children or in health and social care (full training and support provided)
  • Full UK driving licence due to the location and nature of the work
