About the Role

Key Responsibilities
  • Work collaboratively with a team of Support Workers to provide a safe and supportive environment for service users.
  • Support service users in maximizing their choices, rights, and decisions.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with service users, their families, and other stakeholders.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of individualized care plans.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge.
Requirements
  • Experience working in a care environment, preferably in residential childcare.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Level 3 in Residential Childcare/Children & Young People is desirable but not essential.
  • UK Driving Licence.
