Position Overview
This position is a full-time hybrid role, primarily focused on managing client accounts and ensuring satisfaction. The Senior Account Manager will be tasked with maintaining and nurturing client relationships, coordinating project timelines, and overseeing deliverables.
Collaboration with cross-functional teams will be essential to guarantee the successful execution of client projects and campaigns.
Essential Skills & Experience
The ideal candidate will have prior experience in a creative agency and possess strong client management skills. You should be adept at analyzing briefs, providing accurate quotes, and navigating the diverse and exciting nature of the work.
As a Senior Account Manager, you will lead project kick-off meetings, serve as the primary contact for clients, and prepare creative concepts and pitch documents. Experience with video and animation projects will be advantageous.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary contact for clients, ensuring projects are delivered according to specifications, timelines, and budget constraints.
- Demonstrate strong financial acumen, managing project finances including quoting, budgeting, forecasting, and invoicing.
- Exhibit exceptional organizational skills, overseeing project planning and resource allocation to ensure team alignment and adherence to timelines.
- Utilize effective project and people management skills to optimize performance and achieve excellence for clients.
- Ensure all deliverables meet quality standards and align with client expectations through thorough quality checks.
- Report directly to a Business Director.
- Communicate client objectives clearly to colleagues and facilitate the development of timely solutions.
