We are seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our small but friendly team at Treatment 4 Water Ltd. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to our Operations Manager and Business Account Manager, ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the business.
The role will involve processing orders from placement to dispatch, liaising with 3rd party suppliers, and conducting monthly stock takes. You will also be the first point of contact for customers, handling order queries and providing excellent customer service.
We are looking for someone who prides themselves on customer service, is quick thinking, and has experience in an administrative position. Strong Excel skills and experience of working on CRM/Sales systems are also essential.
This is a part-time role, working 20-25 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with a start time no later than 9am. The salary is £25,000 - £28,000 pro rata, depending on experience, and includes 25 days annual leave + bank holidays.
