Job Title: National Sales Manager

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced National Sales Manager to join our team at Landers Recruitment Ltd. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of over 80 customer accounts, driving sales growth and revenue expansion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business objectives
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive sales growth
  • Provide sales performance reports and insights to senior management

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of field sales experience in the consumer products industry
  • Full UK driving license
  • Competitive base salary and 25% annual bonus
