Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement event concepts, including timelines, venues, and suppliers, to meet the needs of our clients and stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless event execution, including logistics, catering, and audio-visual requirements.
  • Manage event budgets, ensuring that all expenses are within approved limits and that events are delivered within budget.
  • Build and maintain relationships with suppliers, venues, and other stakeholders to ensure a high level of service and quality.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve event planning and execution.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in event planning or a related field.
  • Foundation degree, higher national diploma, or a degree in events management, or a related field.
  • Strong administration and written and verbal communication skills.
  • Creative and innovative approach to event management.
