Position Overview:
As a Project Engineer, you will leverage your expertise in composite engineering to oversee manufacturing initiatives and client relationships, guiding projects from initial concept through to successful completion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Establish clear project requirements in collaboration with clients.
- Manage the production of composite components, ensuring adherence to quality standards.
- Coordinate with external suppliers and internal teams to facilitate project execution.
- Develop innovative manufacturing solutions tailored to client needs.
- Maintain and update Bills of Materials (BOMs) and ensure timely procurement of materials.
- Prepare Engineering Management plans, including resource and scheduling estimates.
- Produce detailed work instructions for manufacturing personnel.
- Collaborate with the quality assurance team to uphold best practices.
Qualifications:
- Degree in Engineering or a related field.
- A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in a similar capacity.
- Proficiency in Composite and GRP materials and their manufacturing processes.
- Familiarity with design software such as Siemens NX or Solidworks is advantageous.
