We are seeking an experienced Apprenticeship Performance Lead to join our team at Pertemps Network Group. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the Early Years and Teaching Assistant Apprenticeship programmes, ensuring learners have an excellent experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a team of Apprenticeship Tutors to meet performance targets.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and funding guidelines.
- Coach Apprenticeship Tutors to meet individual and team goals.
- Collaborate with Sales, Compliance, and other teams to support business growth.
- Oversee the delivery of functional skills in maths and English.
- Conduct regular observations to maintain quality teaching and learning.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in managing apprenticeship programmes and achieving performance targets.
- Strong knowledge of apprenticeship funding and Ofsted regulations.
- Proficient IT skills, including experience with e-portfolios and software platforms.
- Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
What We Offer:
- A starting salary of £38,000- £41,000 with bonus opportunities (after qualifying period).
- 28 days of holiday plus bank holidays (increasing to 33 days).
