We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our fundraising efforts and drive strategic growth. As a key member of our Partnerships and Philanthropy team, you will be responsible for developing compelling propositions and cases for support that will generate income and help us achieve our ambitious plans.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive fundraising strategy to drive growth and revenue
  • Lead the creation of compelling propositions and cases for support that engage Partnership and Philanthropy donors
  • Work closely with the Head of Resource Hub and other stakeholders to ensure alignment and effective collaboration
  • Manage and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including donors and partners
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of fundraising efforts and make recommendations for improvement

What You'll Need:

  • Proven experience in fundraising and strategic growth, preferably in a non-profit or charity sector
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and strategically
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a high level of flexibility and adaptability
  • Knowledge of fundraising best practices and trends, with a commitment to ongoing learning and professional development

Working Arrangements:

  • 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday
  • Hybrid role, with a mix of remote and on-site work
