Mobile Electrical Engineer - Facilities Management - London Area - Competitive Salary

We are pleased to present an exciting opportunity to join a prominent Facilities Management company. We are currently seeking Mobile Electrical Engineers to manage maintenance across various commercial properties in the London area. The ideal candidates will possess electrical qualifications (C&G / NVQ) and demonstrate a solid background in maintaining commercial facilities. This role involves traveling to multiple sites to perform planned and reactive maintenance, with a strong focus on electrical systems in common areas.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conducting Emergency Lighting checks
  • Performing Fire Alarm Testing
  • Managing Water Treatment processes
  • Ensuring Statutory Compliance
  • Executing PPM & Reactive maintenance on various electrical equipment
  • Overseeing Air Conditioning systems including filter changes and cleaning
  • Resetting Chillers as necessary
  • Monitoring BMS Systems
  • Maintaining accurate log books
  • Coordinating with specialist subcontractors
  • Providing assistance to fellow engineers
  • Delivering technical support as required
  • Minimal plumbing and fabric work involved
Working Hours

Monday to Friday -
Hours: 08:00am to 17:00pm

Candidate Requirements
  • City & Guilds / NVQ in Electrical Installation / Engineering
  • Ability to provide trade certificates
  • Proven experience in commercial property maintenance
  • Comprehensive understanding of maintenance in commercial settings
  • Multi-skilled with strong communication abilities
  • Excellent customer service orientation
  • Willingness to work on a mobile basis across multiple sites
