Job Description

**Salary:** £45,000 + Package

**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a highly skilled Mobile Electrical Engineer to join our team at CBW Staffing Solutions. As a Mobile Electrical Engineer, you will be responsible for carrying out planned and reactive commercial maintenance across a commercial contract with sites around London.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Carry out electrical maintenance and repairs on commercial building services equipment
  • Conduct lighting tests and inspections
  • Perform control panel maintenance and repairs
  • Change ballast and other electrical components
  • Monitor and maintain Building Management Systems (BMS)
  • Carry out all aspects of M&E/Fabric maintenance
  • Maintain and update log books
  • Perform plumbing tasks, including unblocking toilets
  • Work with pumps and motors
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
  • Use CAFM systems, including elogs and Webquote
  • Undertake all allocated tasks in a timely and professional manner
  • Identify and report faults with building services equipment
  • Escalate health and safety issues as required
  • Maintain informal communications with client staff members
  • Report service affecting issues to site management
  • Remain flexible with regard to site attendance and tasks

**Requirements:**

  • Proven track record in commercial building maintenance
  • Multi-skilled with experience in electrical and mechanical principles and systems
  • Good communication skills and client-facing experience
  • Relevant qualification in electrical or mechanical engineering
  • Ability to work unsupervised to a high quality
