We are seeking a highly organized and resourceful professor to join our esteemed faculty at SRI VENKATESWARAA. The successful candidate will be responsible for teaching graduate classes, assisting in the development of course materials, supervising postgraduate students, and contributing to the academic community through research and service.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Teach a requisite number of graduate classes, utilizing innovative pedagogical approaches to engage students and promote academic excellence.
  2. Collaborate with colleagues to develop and refine course materials, ensuring alignment with academic standards and institutional goals.
  3. Supervise postgraduate students, providing guidance and support to help them achieve their academic and professional objectives.
  4. Pursue research and publication opportunities, contributing to the advancement of knowledge in their field and enhancing the university's reputation.
  5. Participate in departmental and institutional committees, contributing to decision-making processes and promoting a culture of collaboration and excellence.
  6. Represent the university at conferences and other academic events, fostering partnerships and promoting the institution's mission and values.
  7. Develop and submit proposals for grants and other funding opportunities, securing resources to support research and academic initiatives.
  8. Deliver presentations and engage in other forms of academic outreach, sharing knowledge and expertise with internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in a relevant field, with a strong emphasis on specialized criteria.
  • At least 3 years of experience teaching in an academic setting, with a proven track record of excellence in teaching, research, and service.
  • Strong teaching and mentoring skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate students to achieve their full potential.
  • Excellent presentation, written, and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas and concepts in a clear and concise manner.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20, ₹30,000.00 per month
