Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Care Assistant to join our team at Patchett Lodge. As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide personal care and support to residents, including bathing, dressing, and toileting
  • Assist with daily routines, such as meal times and medication administration
  • Support residents with their mobility and transfer needs
  • Engage with residents in activities and hobbies, promoting social interaction and well-being
  • Work collaboratively with the care team to ensure residents receive comprehensive care and support

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a care setting, preferably in a residential or respite care environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
