Job Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Assistant to join our team at Patchett Lodge. As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our residents, promoting their independence and dignity.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support residents with daily routines and personal care
  • Assist with washing, bathing, and toileting
  • Build positive relationships with residents and colleagues
  • Contribute to a safe and respectful living environment
