About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Insights Director to join our team at Harnham. As a key member of our consultancy, you will be responsible for delivering strategic insights to improve business strategy and drive growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement data-driven solutions to inform business decisions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute business strategies
  • Analyze market research and survey data to identify trends and opportunities
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including senior leadership and external partners
  • Mentor and support junior team members to develop their skills and expertise
Requirements
  • Proven experience in business intelligence, market research, or a related field
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex insights to non-technical stakeholders
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and clients
  • Experience with data analysis tools, such as Excel and SQL
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on delivering high-quality results
