About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join New Chapter Consulting Ltd as a Strategic Insights Director, where you will play a pivotal role in informing the short, medium, and long-term direction of the business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and deliver a deep understanding of volumetric performance drivers, highlighting key opportunities for growth and areas of risk.
  • Build insight systems and data visualization tools to enable timely understanding of performance and strategic decision-making.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to inform business objectives and KPIs.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in data analytics and business intelligence.
Requirements
  • Proven experience as an Insight Manager in the FMCG industry or as a Client Manager/Director in an agency setting.
  • Strong understanding of data providers, including Nielsen, Kantar, and IRI.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex insights to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong leadership and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
