Your responsibilities will include transporting commuters to their workplaces, assisting customers with their shopping trips, and ensuring children arrive safely at school.

Compensation Details:
  • Training phase - £11.44 per hour (4 to 6 weeks)
  • 1 – 7 months of service - £12.50 per hour; Overtime - £13.75 per hour
  • 7+ months of service - £16.50 per hour, increasing to £17.00 per hour from August
  • Overtime - £18.15 per hour; £18.70 per hour from August
  • Weekend Rates: £17.50 per hour, rising to £18.00 per hour from August
  • Additional Pay Benefits: £1 per hour uplift after 8 PM.
  • Bank Holiday Compensation: Time + 2/3rds uplift (Current lieu day arrangements)

Work Schedule and Role:

Our shift pattern consists of 5 days out of 7, with schedules published 6-8 weeks in advance, allowing you to plan accordingly.

Shifts will start at various times: Mornings from 04:00, Afternoons from 12:00, and Evenings from 18:00 on a rotational basis.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • Possess a valid UK driving license with a minimum of 6 months driving experience.
  • No more than 6 penalty points on your license.
  • Must pass a drug and alcohol screening prior to assessment.
  • Successful completion of an English comprehension test is required.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Flexibility is essential, as shifts may start as early as 4 AM, but will conclude no later than 1 AM depending on your start time.
