Compensation Details:
  • Training period - £11.44 per hour (4 to 6 weeks)
  • 1 – 7 months service - £12.50 per hour; Overtime - £13.75 per hour
  • 7+ months service - £16.50 per hour, £17.00 p/h from August'24
  • Overtime - £18.15 per hour; £18.70 per hour from August'24
  • Weekend Rates: £17.50 per hour and £18.00 per hour from August'24
  • Additional Pay Benefits: £1 per hour uplift after 8pm.
  • Bank Holiday Compensation: Time + 2/3rds uplift (Current lieu day arrangements)

Work Schedule:

Enjoy a rotating shift pattern of 5 days in 7, with schedules published 6-8 weeks in advance for your convenience.

Shifts will start at various times: Mornings from 04:00, Afternoons from 12:00, and Evenings from 18:00.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • Possess a valid UK driving licence with a minimum of 6 months driving experience.
  • No more than 6 penalty points on your licence.
  • Must pass a drug and alcohol screening prior to assessment.
  • Successful completion of an English comprehension evaluation.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Flexibility to accommodate early morning shifts starting as early as 4AM, with the latest shifts concluding by 1AM.
