Compensation Details:
  • Training phase - £11.44 per hour (4 to 6 weeks)
  • 1 – 7 months of service - £12.50 per hour; Overtime - £13.75 per hour
  • 7+ months of service - £16.50 per hour, increasing to £17.00 per hour
  • Overtime - £18.15 per hour; £18.70 per hour after a specified period
  • Weekend Rates: £17.50 per hour, increasing to £18.00 per hour
  • Additional Compensation: £1 per hour uplift after 8 PM.
  • Bank Holiday Pay: Time + 2/3rds uplift

Work Schedule:

You will follow a rotating shift pattern of 5 days out of 7, with schedules published 6-8 weeks in advance to facilitate planning.

Shifts may start as early as 04:00, with afternoon and evening shifts beginning at 12:00 and 18:00, respectively.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • Possess a valid UK driving license with a minimum of 6 months driving experience.
  • No more than 6 penalty points on your license.
  • Willingness to undergo a drug and alcohol screening prior to assessment.
  • Must pass an English comprehension evaluation.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Flexibility to accommodate early morning shifts starting at 4 AM.
