Compensation Structure:
  • Training phase - £11.44 per hour (lasting 4 to 6 weeks)
  • 1 – 7 months of service - £12.50 per hour; Overtime - £13.75 per hour
  • 7+ months of service - £16.50 per hour, increasing to £17.00 per hour
  • Overtime - £18.15 per hour; £18.70 per hour after a specified period
  • Weekend Rates: £17.50 per hour, rising to £18.00 per hour
  • Additional Pay Benefits: £1 per hour increase after 8 PM.
  • Bank Holiday Compensation: Time + 2/3rds uplift

Work Schedule and Role:

Enjoy a rotating shift pattern of 5 days within a 7-day week, with schedules published 6-8 weeks in advance for your convenience.

Shifts will commence at various times: Mornings from 04:00, Afternoons from 12:00, and Evenings from 18:00 on a rotational basis.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • Possess a valid UK driving license with a minimum of 6 months driving experience.
  • No more than 6 penalty points on your driving record.
  • Must complete a drug and alcohol screening prior to assessment.
  • Pass an English comprehension evaluation.
  • Exhibit excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Be adaptable, as shifts may start as early as 4 AM and conclude no later than 1 AM.
