About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team at Cambian Group. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing invaluable support to children and young people, helping them to achieve their personal best.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Meet the needs of the children and young people in line with OFSTED regulations
  • Organise and facilitate social activities, such as days out, work in the community, and holidays
  • Contribute to the day-to-day running of the home, including laundry, housekeeping, shopping, meal preparation, and baking
  • Attend and participate in team meetings, sharing ideas and best practice
  • Work closely with the clinical team and local authorities

Requirements:

  • Full UK driving licence due to the location and nature of the work
  • Life skills and experience with children or health and social care (full training and support will be provided)

  • A competitive starting rate of £12.54 per hour, depending on qualifications
  • £30 sleep-in rate (2-3 sleep-ins per week)
