Key Responsibilities

The primary objective of this role is to generate and book valuations, conduct property viewings, negotiate agreements, agree lets, and progress lets through to exchange and completion.

Requirements
  • Preferably an experienced sales person with a track record of success
  • Able to generate new business in a target-driven environment
  • Outstanding customer care and customer service experience
  • Resilient, positive, organized, numerate, and detail-oriented
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • IT literate with proficiency in MS Office, internet, and email systems
  • A Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle
