We are seeking a skilled Lettings Manager to lead our residential lettings team. As a key member of our estate agency, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth, managing a portfolio of properties, and developing a high-performing team.
Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement strategies to increase lettings business and revenue
* Oversee the management of a large portfolio of properties across residential and student sectors
* Conduct lettings valuations and instruct new lettings
* Manage the onboarding of new stock and ensure compliance
* Anticipate business needs and adapt accordingly
* Train and develop team members
* Foster a positive culture and motivate the team
* Review and improve processes and procedures to optimize team performance
* Conduct regular 1:1s with team members and recognize individual and team achievements
* Cultivate and nurture relationships with landlords and key stakeholders
* Manage escalation with tenants and landlords
* Stay informed on legislation and upcoming changes
Requirements:
* Previous experience as a Senior Negotiator or Senior Property Manager looking for a step up, or an existing Lettings Manager seeking a new challenge
* ARLA qualified or equivalent
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Negotiation skills and ability to motivate and manage a team
* Proven track record in driving business forward, managing risk, and generating new business
* Property management experience essential
