Job Summary

As a Customer and Trading Manager at Sainsbury's, you will be responsible for leading the overnight team and ensuring the smooth operation of the store during night shifts. Your focus will be on operational in-store management, managing your team's performance and time, and demonstrating a decisive, organised and inclusive approach.

Key Responsibilities

Restock shelves and manage warehouse deliveries
Lead the overnight team and ensure a decisive, organised and inclusive approach
Plan shift patterns and activities in advance
Conduct thorough handovers to the next Manager
