Lettings Manager Opportunity

An exceptional chance for a seasoned Lettings Manager to take on a key role within a thriving independent Estate Agency in Leamington Spa. Our clients have established a strong reputation locally across both residential and student sectors, and we're seeking a driven Lettings Manager to join this growing business and make a significant impact.

Key Benefits
  • Competitive basic salary of £30-32,000 plus bonus scheme
  • OTE of £35,000 +
  • 22 days annual leave plus bank holidays rising with service
Responsibilities
  • Drive revenue growth and explore innovative ways to increase overall lettings business and revenue stream
  • Attend and instruct lettings valuations
  • Oversee an extensive portfolio of properties across residential and student sectors, ensuring compliance and efficient management
  • Manage onboarding of new stock
  • Anticipate business needs and adapt accordingly
  • Train and develop team members
  • Support and guide the team to achieve personal and branch key goals
  • Foster a positive culture, motivate, and lead the team from the front
  • Review, analyse, and improve processes and procedures to optimise team and branch performance
  • Conduct 1:1s with team members, recognising individual and team achievements
  • Cultivate and nurture long-lasting relationships with landlords and key stakeholders
  • Manage escalations with tenants and landlords
  • Engage in strategic conversations with the wider management team
  • Stay informed and up-to-date on legislation and upcoming changes, ensuring the team is trained and adapting as required
Requirements
  • Previous experience as a Senior Negotiator/Senior Property Manager looking for a step up or an existing Lettings Manager ready for a new challenge
  • ARLA qualified or equivalent ideally
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Negotiation skills are key, and you will be well-spoken and well-presented
  • Man management experience
  • Proven track record in driving business forward, managing risk, regulation, and generating new business
  • Some Property Management experience essential
  • Able to motivate, manage, and lead by example
